Yuneec Typhoon H Pro Real Sense - Collision Avoidance + Extra Battery, Wizard + Backpack

This is the professional version of the impressive typhoon H drone which includes the Intel realsense module which allows this typhoon H drone to detect objects and intelligently navigate around them.  In addition to the realsense module, this version also includes the indoor positioning system (IPS) to allows the typhoon to still maintain its its position and altitude using a downward looking ultrasonic sensors, and the downward looking camera uses the latest optic flow techniques to maintain and track position.  This is what sets the typhoon H into a league of its own, not only will it avoid obstacles, but it will also navigate around them.

The typhoon H features the gimbal stabilised camera which is capable of taking 12Mp still photos.  Once to take off the landing legs retract for an unobstructed view allowing you to pan your camera a full 360 degrees to capture the perfect shot.  While you are focusing on capturing your shot, a forward looking ultrasonic sensor will autonomously avoid large obstacles in your way.  This obstacle avoidance technology is what sets the Typhoon H apart from the competition to make this drone easier and safer to use.  The hexacopter configuration consists of 6 motors, this means that if a motor where to fail mid-flight the typhoon can use the remaining 5 motors to still be able to land safely. The carbon fibre arms of the typhoon fold down for easy transportation and storage.

ST16 Gound Station

The Yuneec Typhoon H includes the ST16 ground station, this essentially a 7 inch android tablet combined with a R/C radio controller.  This lets you view the real time video feed and telemetry information from your typhoon drone.  You can also set the camera parameters such as starting and stopping recording, take photos, change the while balance, exposure, ISO and shutter speed from your ST16 ground station.  You can also view the map display to change waypoints and plan your missions all via the easy to use interface.

CGO3+ 4K camera on 360 degree gimbal

The Typhoon H uses a 12 megapixel, 1/2.3” CMOS camera sensor mounted onto a high performance 3 axis gimbal fur perfectly stabilised footage.  This unit is able to stream the live view video back down to your ST16 ground station in real time via the integrated 5.8Ghz video downlink.  The gimbal can be rotated 360 degrees giving you option to pair a second remote to your system to have a pilot flying the typhoon, and a second camera operator can control the camera to frame and capture the perfect shot.   You don’t need to worry about the landing gear getting in the way as they retract after take-off to keep out of the way of your camera view.
