The iFlight Chimera 7 is a long range FPV freestyle drone / quadcopter fitted with the fantastic DJI HD FPV System for crystal clear video.
This is a 6s version so will be able to carry a larger battery for longer flight times.

Introducing the iFlight Chimera7 7" 6S LR HD Freestyle Quadcopter! This 7" long-range can fly places never seen before, and can carry bigger batteries to give you a longer flight time! The Chimera7 comes with the DJI FPV Digital HD System, and is mounted into a super-stiff frame for minimum resonance, and includes 2806.5 motors for maximum 7" prop control. You can fly big batteries (top-mounted) or even bigger batteries (bottom-mounted), 6 cells recommended, or 5 cells for slow cruising, but whatever style you fly - a Lipo or Lion pack will just do the job.

This freestyle quadcopter comes with a GPS functionality to help you find your way back when flying, and also Betaflight GPS Rescue mode (default OFF to prevent unexpected behavior. Setup instructions included).

Pre-Tuned & Pre-Setup

• Don't worry about tuning, iFlight did that for you already! A basic PID- and Filter tuning was applied for a great flight experience!

• Angle-Mode (self-balancing level mode) is enabled by default to make sure your first flight doesn't end in a mess!
• GPS Rescue is OFF by default to prevent from unwanted or unexpected drone behavior.

Important

The DJI Remote Controller is recommended for beginners since you won't need to set up another receiver, but it is also optional in this BNF drone because it is NOT required in order to use the FPV system. If you don't choose to use the DJI Remote Controller, you can choose a receiver option for your transmitter and then bind to your own radio as usual.
