Many of todays FPV quadcopters, planes and heli's use a 4S LIpo with a voltage output of around 17v yet most FPV cameras operate with a voltage of 7~13V. This linear regulator module can provide 12V to the camera direct from a 4S lipo battery.
Compared to switching 12v BEC, this linear regulator has a very low ripple and will not interfere with the FPV image signal
