Famed not only for their performance on the road but also used as transporters by Formula 1 teams, MAN's TGX 26.540 6x4 XLX tractor truck was awarded The 2008 Truck of the Year. This award winning vehicle now comes reproduced as a 1/14 scale electric R/C model. The model features a ladder frame chassis with aluminum channels, suspension with metal leaf springs and friction dampers, and rear axles equipped with differentials. Providing this truck with a realistic scale finish are parts which feature two kinds of metal-plating and metal transfers to beautifully depict details such as the front grille's emblem. Furthermore, the chassis features a 3-speed transmission which allows gear shifting while driving via transmitter, with the sound and lighting actions reproduced by a separately available Multi Function Control unit.

This kit features parts pre-painted in gun metal, with a clear top coat for a magnificent finish: cab, roof, spoiler, bumpers, side skirts, front fenders and more! Simply assemble the kit, paint parts such as the bumper details in semi gloss black, and you have your own highly impressive MAN!

Optional Multi-Function Control Unit available seperately offers light, sound, and vibration operation to accompany your R/C truck experience. Engine sounds have been digitally recorded from an actual truck, and together with air horn, gear shifting, and many other realistic sounds, give you the feeling that you are driving the real thing!
