This radio is designed for the FPV drone pilot in mind.  The evolution is built to be as small as possible but still keep all of the key features you look for in a radio control for your FPV racer.  The radio includes a face plate cover which keeps the screen and the sticks protected when its in your backpack.

This is a mode 2 radio (left hand throttle)

Included with the kit is an 8 channel receiver which can output PPM/PWM or SBUS/IBUS, making it ideal for just about every flight controller out there.  To ensure excellent signal the receiver uses two omnidirectional high gain antennas.  So if you are looking for a great compact size radio control this is the one for you.
