The Cube Mini Autopilot Set (Mini Cube+Mini Carrier Board+Mini Carrier Board Cable Set)

This is a mini version of the pixhawk 2.1 autopilot.  It takes all the core features of the larger board as brings the size down to smaller form factor when space is limited.  It is just 1cm tall.  This IMU unit features an STM32F427 along with STM32F100 I/O processor and a 10 Axis IMU (MPU9250 and MS5611).  Overall if you want the industry leading performance of the Cube, but have tight space constraints, then this is the ideal solution for your project.

The main STM32F427 runs the flight management software, while the STM32F100 processes I/O, pass-through and failsafe functionality.
