This is the Kopis Freestyle, a 4″ quadcopter designed to weigh in under 250g with battery, making it easier to fly this quadcopter with fewer regulations. This Quadcopter is powered by the Kopis F7 Mini V3 stack, complete with a 25A Blheli32 ESC powering Tmotor F1404  motors.
