This is a spare DC coreless motor for your crazyflie 2.0 quadcopter.  The size of this tiny motor is 7x16mm with a Kv of 14000.  The motors on the crazyflie 2 quadcopter are more powerful than the ones on the first crazyflie so this gives you abit more payload capacity to carry extra gear.
