The LISHEN 4000mAh 21700 cell is a "grade A" binned "premium" Chinese manufactured 21700 cell. They are rated at upto 12A but as with all cells of this type, usage at that level is not recommended and will reduce overall lifespan of the cell. If used at the recommended 0.5-1C discharge rate the cells are rated for upto 1000x 80% DOD cycles.
