13mm x 250mm Heatshrink Tubing (Black). The unshrunk diameter of this tubing is ~13mm. It shrinks down to 50% of it's original size and forms a tight mechanical bond, ideal for re-heatshrinking small ESCs (DYS, Little Bees, etc.).
