A parallel charging board puts an end to spending hours taking one pack off charge to then hook up the next one. In combination with a balance charger, a parallel charge boards can simultaneously charge multiple LiPo batteries reducing the overall charge time significantly. For example, if you have three 2,200mAh 3s Li-Po batteries which you charge at 1C (2.2A), this would usually take approximately 3 hours to charge each pack individually. With a balance board you can charge all three packs in about one hour - assuming your charger is capable of charging at 6.6A.

This compact XT60 Parallel Charge Board allows you to charge four battery packs simultaneously from 3S up to 4S. The battery packs being charged in parallel need to have the same cell count and be in a similar state of discharge (within 0.2V). For added safety, the board comes with three 30A replaceable automotive style fuses isolating the batteries from one another.

A unique feature of this board is its integrated voltage meter. The LCD display shows the real time battery voltage for each channel.

Lastly the board comes with an XT60 to 4mm Banana plug adapter so it can be used with XT60 only field chargers like the B6 Nano / ISDT Q6, or regular RC chargers which use a banana plug connection.

Features:

  • Charge up to 4 batteries at the same time
  • Supports 3-4S batteries with XT60 power plug including LiPo, LiFe, and Li-ion types
  • Equipped with replaceable 30A Fuses
  • Voltage Meter displays independent battery voltages in real time

IMPORTANT: When attempting parallel charging, the important thing to remember is that the battery packs all have to be the same cell count and therefore the same voltage rating. You CANNOT parallel charge a 6S pack with a 4S pack. This is an advanced method of charging and requires a certain level of electrical understanding. If you are not comfortable with charging calculations or wire sizing, please don’t attempt it.
