Choosing which prop/motor/ESC/battery combination works best for your multirotor is made much easier by using a power analyser like this one from SkyRc. While you can study spec sheets and use simulation tools like ecalc to help, there's no equivalent to actually getting to grips with the numbers yourself. With the WM-010 power meter you can measure; Current, Voltage, Peak Current (Amps), Peak Power (Watts), Minimum Voltage (Volts), Power (Watts), Energy (Watt-hours), accumulated charge (Amp-hours) and Temperature / Peak Temperature values in real-time.

The meter is easily connected; it simply sits in-line between your battery and device. So if for example you were testing the running efficiency of a prop, you would have the meter wired in between your speed controller and battery. If you were monitoring the performance of your battery charger, you would connect the unit between the battery and the charger. The meter is self-powered from the measured power supply so you don't need to worry about an additional power supply, but if you want to drop the supply voltage to 0v you can power it externally too. The meter is rated at up to 100amps and 60volts.
