Park Tool CSB-1 Carbon Cutting Saw Blade

This 12" tungsten steel hacksaw blade has been specially designed to cleanly cut carbon composite tubes. Unlike a coventional HSS hacksaw blade, this blade does not have teeth but instead a super fine cutting edge like a grinding stone that makes short work of the carbon and prevents damage to the carbon weave. The blade files the material away and leaves no serration or burr as a result. When used in combination with the Carbon Tube Saw Guide, it provides a perfect cut. It fits standard 12 inch hacksaws. 

NOTE: Carbon dust is harmful to your lungs. To avoid health problems, apply a foaming cleaner to the cut point before cutting. Reapply to the cut point regularly throughout the procedure to prevent dust from going airborne. You can use soapy water, but foam such as window cleaner or shaving cream is most effective.
