Low Pass Filter For 1.2GHz Antennas - SMA

A low pass filter is designed to attenuate RF noise above its tuned frequency while allowing lower frequencies to go through unimpeded. This filter is tuned for 1.2GHz antennas.

Transmitters on the 1200 MHz band can produce harmonics, which affect 2.4 GHz band RC radio systems and even GPS systems. This filter can help eliminate interference by filtering spurious harmonics and thus helping to prevent issues such as radio glitches or reduced reception of GPS signals. The installation is very simple as this filter is mounted directly on the transmitter/receiver (900 MHz or 1.2 GHz) while the antenna is screwed onto it – the connection is SMA

The filter is lightweight and housed in a resin filled tube for increased durability.
